Artisan Contractors Liability Insurance

CEMIC provides a liability insurance program for specific trades, people and those undertaking general repair of residential and small commercial facilities. The target market is the "two guys and a truck" who perform a specific trade (ie artisan contractor). The Company's underwriting focus is on trades hired to perform specific jobs, such as carpet installation, wood floor refinishing, handyman work, installation or replacement of air conditioning unit or the like. Underwriting excludes trades which work as subcontractors on new construction, all roofing contractors, and any work having a significant structural component.
